Relationship Manager

About the Role:

Doorstep Filings is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Relationship Managers cum Field Sales Executives who can generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and ensure excellent after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct sales.
• Present and explain Doorstep Filings' services to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for long-term retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Visit clients whenever required to resolve concerns, collect documents, or provide assistance.
• Follow up with clients for renewals, additional services, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively address client issues.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, relationship management, banking, insurance, financial services, or business consultancy.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
