Job Description
About the Role:
Doorstep Filings is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Relationship Managers cum Field Sales Executives who can generate new business, build long-term client relationships, and ensure excellent after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct sales.
- Present and explain Doorstep Filings' services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for long-term retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
- Visit clients whenever required to resolve concerns, collect documents, or provide assistance.
- Follow up with clients for renewals, additional services, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively address client issues.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, relationship management, banking, insurance, financial services, or business consultancy.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
