Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of artificial intelligence technologies with a focus on ethical standards and responsibility. This role requires designing and implementing solutions that ensure AI applications adhere to established ethical guidelines and comply with relevant regulations. The position includes leading teams, encouraging collaboration across various departments, and promoting the adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the organization. The role demands continuous engagement with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader organizational values and societal expectations, ensuring that AI technologies are developed and deployed conscientiously and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate ethical considerations into AI project lifecycles and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance responsible AI capabilities.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on responsibility and transparency.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage collaborative projects effectively.
- Skilled in evaluating AI system impacts and implementing mitigation strategies for ethical risks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
