Store Manager
The Arvind Store
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can handle daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure a great customer experience.
- What You Will Do
- Handle billing and POS system smoothly
- Manage the cash counter and daily cash closing
- Lead and motivate store staff to increase sales
- Ensure good customer service and satisfaction
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented
- Make sure store targets are achieved
- What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of retail experience
- At least 2 years as a Store Manager
- Good knowledge of POS and store operations
- Strong team handling and communication skills
- Focus on sales and customer satisfaction
- Languages: Hindi (required), Gujarati (good to have), English (good to have)
