Retail Store Manager

The Outlet Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete day-to-day operations of a food outlet, ensuring excellent customer experience, efficient staff management, high food quality standards, and achievement of sales and cost targets. The role focuses on operational excellence, profitability, and brand compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations

• Manage daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and brand standards are consistently met
• Monitor service speed and customer satisfaction

Team Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise outlet staff
• Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions
• Maintain high staff morale and productivity

Sales & Profitability

• Achieve sales targets and drive upselling initiatives
• Control food cost, labor cost, and wastage
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Inventory & Vendor Management

• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock audits
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of materials

Customer Experience

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure service recovery
• Build strong relationships with regular customers

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company SOPs, and legal requirements
• Prepare operational reports and submit to management
