Revit Modeler/ BIM Modeler

Hello,

We are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer / BIM Modeler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and high-quality BIM models and construction documents for architectural and structural projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed Revit models for architectural, structural projects.
• Prepare construction drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Convert CAD drawings and PDF files into BIM models.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Update models based on design changes and client feedback.
• Maintain project documentation and BIM standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure).
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in BIM modeling and drafting.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and building systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience with international standards and BIM workflows preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with BIM 360, AutoCAD, and clash detection tools.

Familiarity with Scan to BIM / Point Cloud workflows.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
