Sales Associate Cum Career Advisor

Ethic Leaf. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Career Advisor/Sales Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will actively engage with candidates, understand their career goals, and guide them toward right opportunities. Your main focus will be enrolling qualified candidates onto the bench while maintaining a professional and positive relationship throughout the process.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a natural sales aptitude, and the ability to establish trust and rapport with candidates. Leadership skills and a proactive mindset are essential, as you will play a key role in connecting talent with opportunities and contributing to the team’s overall success. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
• Explain company programs, training structure, pricing, and benefits to candidates.
• Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Convert leads into successful enrollments by achieving sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
• Update candidate details and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with recruitment and training teams for candidate onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive experience.
• Basic understanding of US IT Staffing / Bench Sales industry is preferred.
• Ability to handle US calls and client interactions.
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• · Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• · 0.6 - 2+years relevant work experience in Career Advisor or similar field preferred
• · Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the US IT staffing industry.
• · Strong understanding of IT staffing services, technology trends, and workforce solutions.
• · Strong sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively are crucial for a Business Development Associate
• ·  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• · Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team.
