Job Description

  • Confirm each field staff member's day plan/beat plan every morning (which areas, which outlets).
  • Live tracking on the attendance software dashboard — verify attendance, visit punches, and location.
  • Collect daily reporting in the evening — visits completed/missed, orders, collection.
  • Due list follow-up — how much collection was received from which customer, and why payments are pending.
  • Prepare a daily summary report (Excel/WhatsApp) for the Manager.
  • Identify missed visits / false punches and hold staff accountable.
