Key Responsibilities:
- Taking orders from customers
- Coordinating with the production team
- Following up on order completion status
- Managing dispatch and delivery schedules
- Preparing quotations
- Checking invoices and Purchase Orders (PO)
- Maintaining sales data in Excel
- Updating clients through phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Communication between the sales team and factory
- Following up on pending payments or repeat orders
