Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator with experience in the following industries:

• Water Treatment Industry
• Kitchen Appliances
• Pump Manufacturing
• Engineering Companies

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination / Backend Sales Support

✔️ Good communication and coordination skills

✔️ Ability to handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups

✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and documentation

• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in coordinating with sales teams and clients
• Knowledge of order processing, dispatch coordination, and customer support
• Technical product understanding will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing
• Handle customer communication and follow-ups
• Maintain sales reports and documentation
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
• Support sales team in achieving business targets
