Job Description
A Sales Executive at Dhiren Plastic Industries 40 Years Old Company (located in Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad) is responsible for driving B2B sales for their range of rigid plastic packaging, including caps, closures, and bottles. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities in sectors like FMCG, healthcare, and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media within target industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored packaging solutions (caps, inner plugs, dome lids) to potential buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure deals that meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Coordination: Serve as the link between customers, the head office, and the factory to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Typically requires 2+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within the plastics or packaging sector.
- Smartness & Understanding: Must have a strong grasp of technical product specifications and the ability to understand complex client packaging needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective pitching and relationship building.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience using CRM software for tracking leads and progress.
- Education: Graduate degree is generally required.
Job Details
- Location: Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Salary Range: Typically ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
