Sales Executive

Purpose: To assist customers in selecting eyewear (frames, lenses, sunglasses), drive sales, and ensure a smooth in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements (power glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, etc.)
• Assist in selection of frames and guide on suitable lenses (basic knowledge of lens types)
• Upsell premium frames, coatings, and add-ons
• Coordinate with optometrist for prescriptions (if applicable)
• Handle billing, order booking, and delivery follow-ups
• Maintain store display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement
• Manage basic inventory and inform for replenishment
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic queries/complaints

Key Requirements:

• 1–20 years experience in retail sales (optical/eyewear preferred)
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic understanding of eyewear products (preferred, not mandatory)
• Presentable and customer-friendly approach

હેતુ (Purpose):ગ્રાહકોને યોગ્ય eyewear (ફ્રેમ્સ, લેન્સ, સનગ્લાસેસ) પસંદ કરવામાં મદદ કરવી, વેચાણ વધારવું અને સ્ટોરમાં ઉત્તમ ગ્રાહક અનુભવ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવો.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ (Key Responsibilities):

• સ્ટોરમાં આવતા ગ્રાહકોને એટેન્ડ કરવું અને તેમની જરૂરિયાતો સમજવી (પાવર ગ્લાસેસ, સનગ્લાસેસ, કોન્ટેક્ટ લેન્સ વગેરે)
• યોગ્ય ફ્રેમ પસંદ કરવામાં મદદ કરવી અને યોગ્ય લેન્સ માટે માર્ગદર્શન આપવું (લેન્સ પ્રકારની બેઝિક સમજ હોવી)
• પ્રીમિયમ ફ્રેમ્સ, કોટિંગ્સ અને એડ-ઓન પ્રોડક્ટ્સનું અપસેલિંગ કરવું
• પ્રિસ્ક્રિપ્શન માટે ઑપ્ટોમેટ્રિસ્ટ સાથે કોઓર્ડિનેશન કરવું (જરૂર પડે ત્યારે)
• બિલિંગ, ઓર્ડર બુકિંગ અને ડિલિવરી ફોલો-અપ હેન્ડલ કરવું
• સ્ટોર ડિસ્પ્લે, સફાઈ અને સ્ટોક ગોઠવણી જાળવવી
• બેઝિક ઇન્વેન્ટરી મેનેજમેન્ટ કરવું અને રીપ્લેનિશમેન્ટ માટે માહિતી આપવી
• ગ્રાહક સંતોષ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવો અને સામાન્ય પ્રશ્નો/ફરિયાદો હેન્ડલ કરવી

જરૂરી લાયકાત (Key Requirements):

• 1–20 વર્ષનો રિટેલ સેલ્સ અનુભવ (ઓપ્ટિકલ/આઈવેરનો અનુભવ પ્રાથમિકતા)
• સારી કમ્યુનિકેશન અને ગ્રાહક હેન્ડલિંગ સ્કિલ્સ
• આઈવેર પ્રોડક્ટ્સ વિશે બેઝિક સમજ (પ્રાથમિકતા, ફરજિયાત નથી)
• પ્રેઝેન્ટેબલ અને ગ્રાહક-મિત્રભાવ વલણ
