- Key Responsibilities 📊1. Recruitment & Activation of AdvisorsRecruit quality insurance advisors to build a strong agency team.
- Ensure licensing of advisors through IRDAI training and exam support.
- Activate new advisors and help them start generating business quickly.
- 2. Sales & Business Development 💼Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (premium, policies, ANP).
- Drive advisors to generate leads and close sales.
- Support advisors in client meetings and sales conversion.
- Focus on protection, savings, and investment insurance products.
- 3. Training & Development 🎓Provide on-the-job training, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Conduct regular field coaching and joint sales calls.
- Motivate advisors to improve productivity and retention.
- 4. Team Management 👥Monitor advisor performance and activity levels.
- Maintain advisor engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.
- 5. Customer Relationship Management 🤝Ensure high customer service standards.
- Resolve customer and advisor queries.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
- 6. Compliance & Reporting 📝Follow company and IRDAI compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales and advisor records.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 📈Number of advisors recruited & activated
- Premium collection / Annualized New Premium (ANP)
- Number of policies sold
- Advisor productivity & retention
- Persistency and renewal performance
- Eligibility Criteria ✅Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of sales experience (insurance / BFSI preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
