Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers to the store, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of all products, features, pricing, and current promotions.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with restocking shelves and setting up displays according to brand guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the floor and assist with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and reporting discrepancies.
- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently handle cash, card, and digital transactions using the store’s POS system; process returns and exchanges accurately.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and escalate complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
