Hiring: Sales Executive – Travel Industry (Ladakh Specialist)

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and creating unforgettable travel experiences for clients, especially for Ladakh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound travel inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings with strong sales skills
• Design and customize travel packages (FIT & Group Tours)
• Provide expert guidance on Ladakh itineraries, routes & experiences
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Travel Sales (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Ladakh destinations, routes, and on-ground challenges (mandatory)
• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Experience in handling B2C & B2B clients
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
• Passion for travel and customer experience
