Sales Executive – Job Responsibilities Zeel Juli Venture Pvt. Ltd. (Zilli Studiio)


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while representing the company's professional image.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels to understand customer requirements and business needs.
  • Present the company's services professionally and recommend the most suitable solutions based on client requirements.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales by providing accurate information, timely guidance, and effective consultation.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing details as per company policies and coordinate the complete sales process until deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, lead status, and sales progress in the company's CRM or management software.
  • Coordinate with the production, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent customer experience.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure prompt communication throughout the sales journey.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned by the management.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports, conversion reports, and performance updates to the reporting manager.
  • Stay updated with the company's services, industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify new business prospects.
  • Represent Zeel Juli Venture Pvt. Ltd. and Zilli Studiio with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach at all times.
