Role Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating memberships by handling walk-ins, inquiries, calls, follow-ups, and conversions. The role requires strong communication, discipline in follow-ups, and the ability to build trust with prospects while representing the Anytime Fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversions

Handle walk-in inquiries and convert them into memberships

Call and follow up on leads from WhatsApp, website, referrals, and campaigns

Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans confidently

Close monthly and long-term membership targets

Lead Management

Enter inquiries daily and accurately in CRM

Ensure every inquiry is called and followed up (no fake entries)

Maintain proper follow-up cycles until closure or rejection

Client Interaction

Counsel prospects based on fitness goals and needs

Upsell PT, transformation programs, and long-term memberships

Maintain professional and friendly member relationships

Coordination

Work closely with trainers and front desk

Support renewals, referrals, and member retention

Participate in marketing drives, events, and promotions

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong communication (Hindi, English; Gujarati preferred)

Confident, presentable, and customer-focused

Sales mindset with discipline and follow-through

Comfortable with targets and incentives

Basic knowledge of fitness industry preferred

Ability to work shifts (morning/evening)

Experience & Education

1–3 years of experience in sales (gym, fitness, real estate, or retail preferred)

Freshers with strong sales attitude may be considered

Minimum: Graduate / 12th pass with sales experience

Conversion ratio (inquiries → sales)
