Job Description

Identify and acquire new clients in international freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics services

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals

Promote company services including air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain solutions

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Maintain strong relationships with global clients and overseas agents

Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and global trade developments

Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely service support
