Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

About the RolePanveer Jewellers is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive who can deliver excellent customer service and contribute to achieving store sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products

• Handle Gold, Diamond, Silver and Bridal jewellery sales

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business

• Explain product features, purity, certification and pricing clearly

• Generate estimates and coordinate billing support when required

• Ensure proper product presentation and counter display standards

• Follow SOPs related to sales, customer service and store operations

• Support customer follow-up for inquiries and pending conversions

• Maintain discipline, grooming and showroom etiquette standards

• Coordinate with team members during stock movement and customer handling

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong selling and convincing ability

• Customer handling and relationship-building skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Presentable personality and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Eligibility:•

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 2–3 years experience in Jewellery Retail Sales is mandatory

• Experience in Gold, Diamond or Bridal Jewellery sales preferred

• Male candidate preferred
