Job Description
Import-Export company specializing in agricultural products and serving customers across 20+ countries. Along with exports, we also provide practical import-export training through HIIEM Import Export Institute. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our growing team.
Position : Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily incoming and outgoing customer calls.
* Follow up with leads and existing customers.
* Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
* Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Handle all day-to-day sales-related activities.
Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Experience in sales or telecalling will be an added advantage.
