Job Description

Sales & Client Success Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused professional to manage enquiries, increase online sales, and coordinate client appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, and email enquiries.
  • Convert leads into sales.
  • Manage appointments and follow-ups.
  • Assist customers with reports and consultation bookings.
  • Maintain customer records and CRM.
  • Support daily business operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills (Google Workspace/MS Office).
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives.
