Job Description

Job Responsibilities – 

  1. Student Counseling & Guidance
  • Provide professional counseling to students regarding aviation courses, career paths, eligibility, and job opportunities.
  • Understand students’ interests and guide them in selecting the right aviation programs (Air Hostess, Ground Staff, etc.).
  • Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address student queries and doubts.



2. Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Manage incoming leads from calls, walk-ins, social media, and inquiries.
  • Follow up with potential students regularly and maintain strong communication until admission is closed.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through consistent follow-up and conversion strategies.

3. Sales & Admission Process

  • Explain course details, fee structure, training modules, internship/job assistance clearly to prospective students.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions by presenting the value and benefits of the academy.
  • Guide students through the entire admission process including documentation and fee submission.

4. Relationship Building

  • Maintain a positive relationship with students and parents to ensure trust and transparency.
  • Provide feedback and support to ensure student satisfaction before and after enrollment.
  • Attend parent meetings and provide clear communication regarding the training programs.

5. Database & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and daily activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and targets.
  • Update CRM/Excel sheets with follow-up details and admission status.

6. Marketing & Promotion Support

  • Participate in seminars, school visits, events, and promotional activities to generate leads.
  • Assist marketing team with feedback on campaigns, student preferences, and local demand.
  • Represent the academy professionally during external events.

7. Professional Communication

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with a customer-focused approach.
  • Communicate confidently about aviation industry trends, job roles, and placement opportunities.
  • Provide clear explanations on training methods, campus facilities, and career outcomes.

8. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, training, and placement teams to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Support in planning strategies to increase admissions and brand visibility.
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
