Sales & Marketing Executive

SN Brothers is looking for energetic Sales Officers to expand our dealer network and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

The candidate should enjoy field sales, travelling, meeting dealers, generating orders and achieving monthly sales targets.

This is a complete field sales role.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Visit dealers, distributors and retailers every day.

• Generate primary and secondary sales.

• Develop new dealers and appoint new distributors wherever required.

• Increase sales from existing customers.

• Meet monthly sales targets.

• Promote new product launches and company schemes.

• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing and new opportunities.

• Ensure timely order collection and follow-up.

• Coordinate with office regarding dispatches and customer requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow daily beat plans.

• Maintain records of customer visits.

• Visit approximately 8–12 dealers per day.

• Build long-term relationships with customers.

• Recover outstanding payments wherever assigned.

• Identify inactive customers and reactivate them.

• Display company catalogues, samples and promotional materials at dealer outlets.

• Report daily work through WhatsApp/CRM.

• Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets and promotional activities.
