Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and self-driven Sales Representatives who are passionate about field sales and business development. The selected candidates will be responsible for expanding Kidogen's presence by acquiring new customers, building a strong distribution network, developing channel sales, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.



Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Business Development

  • Visit preschools, schools, daycare centers, toy stores, bookstores, educational institutions, and retail outlets to generate new business.
  • Present and demonstrate Kidogen's educational products professionally.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and customer meetings.
  • Convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Channel Sales Development

  • Identify, appoint, and develop distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Expand Kidogen's distribution network across assigned territories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Support distributors in increasing market penetration and sales.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide regular business support.



Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with schools, retailers, distributors, and institutional customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction before and after sales.
  • Generate repeat business through regular follow-ups.



Market Development & Research

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
  • Recommend strategies for improving sales performance and market expansion.



Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain customer databases using Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, lead trackers, and follow-up reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and business activities.



Order & Distributor Coordination

  • Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, deliveries, inventory, collections, and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow up on payments, dispatches, and customer deliveries.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers, distributors, and internal departments.



Exhibitions & Trade Shows

  • Represent Kidogen at national and international education exhibitions, trade fairs, and business expos.
  • Travel across India and internationally to participate in exhibitions approximately once every two months.
  • Promote Kidogen's products and brand to schools, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  • Generate qualified business leads and develop new distributor and customer networks.
  • Manage exhibition planning, product demonstrations, customer interactions, and post-event follow-ups to maximize business opportunities.



Brand Representation

  • Professionally represent Kidogen during customer visits, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Promote the company's vision, products, and services with professionalism and integrity.
  • Build a strong brand presence in assigned territories.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Retail, Education, EdTech, or Channel Sales (Freshers may also apply)
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license
  • Own two-wheeler preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Knowledge of the Ahmedabad market will be an added advantage
