Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell fire protection and safety products/services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers for fire safety products and services.

Visit industrial, commercial, residential, and corporate clients regularly.

Promote products such as fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, alarm systems, and AMC services.

Follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Collect market information and monitor competitor activities.

Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.

Coordinate for payment follow-ups and customer support.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of fire protection and safety systems.

Ability to work independently and travel locally.

Customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any field (Marketing or Technical background preferred).

Experience in fire & safety industry preferred.

Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.

Experience

1–3 years in field sales preferred.

Salary

As per industry standards + incentives + travel allowance.

Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
