We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or an early-career professional looking to build a career in the fast-paced FMCG industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  **Strategy & Growth:** Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market penetration.

*  **Lead Generation:** Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and potential clients.

*  **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, including distributors, retailers, and other partners.

*  **Sales Execution:** Actively pursue sales leads to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

*  **Market Research:** Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

*  **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline activity to the management.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

*  **Education:** A minimum of a Diploma in any discipline is required.

*  **Experience:** Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. No prior experience is necessary.

*  **Language:** Basic English communication skills are required.

*  **Industry Preference:** A keen interest in the FMCG, Food Processing, or Food & Grocery Retail industry is a plus.
