Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital channels, and networking.
• Meet potential customers to understand their machinery requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial quotations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features, specifications, and benefits.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support coordination.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and service teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote company products.
• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and reports using CRM or ERP systems.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
