ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a growing manufacturer and supplier of industrial paper packaging products based in Surat , Gujarat, looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our B2B customer base across ahmedabad ,Vadodara , Rajkot , Morbi in areas such as manufacturing, Plastics films , FMCG, pharma, textile, and Solar industries. You will be the face of the company — building relationships with purchase heads and converting prospects into long-term clients.

• 📐 Angle Boards / Edge Protectors
• 🗂️ Paper Packaging Products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and visit potential B2B clients — factories, warehouses, FMCG companies, textile units, pharma firms — and meet their purchase executives and managers.
• Pitch our product range effectively, understand client packaging requirements, and propose the right product solutions.
• Arrange product samples and coordinate trial orders; follow up to ensure smooth trial-to-conversion.
• Negotiate pricing, quantities, and payment terms to close orders and sign on new accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Track outstanding payments, coordinate with accounts, and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
• Maintain a daily sales report, prospect pipeline, and visit log; share regular updates with management.
• Gather market intelligence — competitor pricing, new leads, industry trends — and contribute inputs for product and pricing strategy.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in packaging, paper, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a hunger to build a sales career are also welcome to apply.
• Confident communicator — able to independently meet, present, and negotiate with purchase managers and decision-makers.
• Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline; you manage your own day and pipeline without being micromanaged.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / WhatsApp Business / Google Sheets for daily reporting.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (mandatory for field visits).
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; working knowledge of English is a plus.
