Job Description

Role: Sales Executive (Field Sales – B2B Restaurant Onboarding)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens in assigned area

• Introduce and explain Procura platform to restaurant owners/managers

• Demonstrate app usage and onboard new restaurant partners

• Generate initial orders (assist via app, WhatsApp, or manual support)

• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners for long-term business

• Follow up regularly to ensure repeat orders and engagement

• Collect feedback from customers and share with internal team

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth order fulfillment

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity tracking

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

• Number of restaurant visits per day

• New restaurant onboarding count

• Orders generated per day/week

• Repeat order rate from onboarded clients

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic smartphone/app handling knowledge

• Field sales experience preferred (FMCG/B2B is a plus)

• Self-motivated and target-driven

Goal: Drive restaurant acquisition and ensure consistent order generation through Procura.
