- Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage sales & recruitment team during night shift
- Generate leads and convert potential clients
- Handle client communication and maintain relationships
- Guide recruiters in sourcing candidates for US requirements
- Monitor daily targets, team performance, and reports
- Train team members and improve productivity
- Coordinate with management for business growth strategies
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during shift
- RequirementsExperience in sales, recruitment, or team handling preferred
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
