Security Guard Supervisor

A Security Field Officer manages field operations, supervising security guards across multiple sites to ensure client satisfaction and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Leadership: Directing security guard teams at various locations, maintaining site morale, and enforcing company protocols.
• Site Inspections & Security: Conducting regular site patrols to assess risks, check surveillance, and verify compliance with safety procedures.
• Client Relations & Reporting: Maintaining regular contact with clients, providing updates on security status, and following up on, and managing service issues.
• Operational Management: Handling incident responses, organizing manpower deployment, and ensuring guard attendance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in security operations, patrolling, or team management.

• Physical/Technical Knowledge: Understanding of security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and emergency procedures.
