Senior Accountant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Business Process Services Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, account review, and compliance, along with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Candidate need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. We look for people who are agile, curious, mindful and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Review financial day-to-day transactions of overseas clients.
• Conduct client meetings with finance controllers and other team members to discuss financial matters and requirements.
• Prepare and present monthly reports and annual account finalisations.
• Manage bookkeeping and account review processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated resource for overseas client accounts, addressing their specific reporting needs.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional consulting services.
• Conduct valuations, including business and startup valuations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the areas mentioned above.
• CA Inter or M. Com.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
