Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and budgeting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, income tax, and financial analysis, with the ability to lead the accounts team and ensure accurate financial records.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee the accounts team.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, journal entries, and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
• Support management in financial planning and cost control initiatives.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Assist in ERP implementation and process improvements.
