Senior Business Development Executive

Job description:

We are a UK- based Property Management Company seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth by building relationships with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Charities, Property Owners and other key stakeholders across the UK housing sector.

Key Responsibilities :

● Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK property and housing market.

● Build and maintain relationships with Councils, Housing Associations, Charities, and Property Providers

● Generate leads through research, networking, email campaigns, and outbound outreach.

● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.

● Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business growth.

● Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM systems.

● Manage and oversee council invoicing, ensuring invoices are submitted accurately and on time.

● Lead and support the Business Development and Property Management team, ensuring targets and operational objectives are achieved.

● Coordinate and manage the turnaround of vacant properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and readiness for new occupants within agreed timescales.

● Ensure vacant properties are marketed upon availability and let as quickly as possible to minimize void periods and maximize occupancy.

Requirements :

● 3 + years of experience in Business Development Sales, or Account Management.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Experience in lead generation and client management.

● Good understanding of the UK property, Housing, or social housing sector.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred :

● Experience working with UK Councils, Housing Associations, Charities, or Property Management Companies,

● Knowledge of Supported Housing and Temporary Accommodation sectors.

Job Type : Full Time, Permanent

Salary : INR 30000/- To INR 35000/-

Shift timings : UK Shift

Monday - Friday (Afternoon Shift) : 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM , Saturday :- 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM (During Summers)

Monday - Friday (Afternoon Shift) : 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM , Saturday :- 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM

(During Winters)

Note :- Alternate Saturdays are off.
