Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Description

1)     Customer Retention & Relationship Management

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

·      Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions

·      Regular follow-up with customers for feedback and satisfaction levels

·      Ensure a smooth post-sales experience for customers

·      Work on the Resell property inquiry

      2) Client Engagement Activities

·      Conduct regular calls, messages, or meetings to stay connected with clients

·      Organize customer engagement activities or events (if required)

·      Maintain database of existing clients for future opportunities

      3) Key Competencies

·      Customer-centric approach

·      Follow-up and coordination skills

Desired Candidate Profile

·      Knowledge of property documentation and legal basics is an advantage.

·      Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.

·      Experience in real estate sales, preferably from Real Estate

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

·      Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

·      Problem-solving and objection-handling skills
