Senior Sales Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot note counting and currency sorting machines. The candidate should be able to provide prompt on-site and remote technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission note counting and currency sorting machines.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits.
• Replace defective spare parts and calibrate machines.
• Attend customer service calls within the assigned region.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Prepare service reports after every visit.
• Maintain service records and update job status.
• Train customers on the proper operation and basic maintenance of machines.
• Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Ability to troubleshoot currency counting and sorting machines.
• Basic knowledge of computer software and networking.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in servicing note counting machines, currency sorting machines, or similar office automation equipment.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with brands such as CPS, Kisan, Godrej, Albertson, Glory, Hitachi, or other currency handling equipment.
• Knowledge of AMC services and preventive maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service response timelines.
