Job Summary:

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role serves as a link between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to help achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team with daily administrative activities.
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analyses.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support the preparation of sales contracts and proposals.
• Track sales targets and provide updates to management.

Qualification: Any graduate, Must: Excellent in written and verbal communication skill in English Language
