Job Description
ATMAN Group is hiring Engineers for Project Sales & Marketing.
Build your career in techno-commercial B2B sales — meet clients,
pitch engineering solutions, close projects.
WHO CAN APPLY:
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma — ANY engineering discipline (Mechanical,
Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Electronics, IT, Production — all welcome)
- 0 to 4 years of experience
- Freshers welcome — but ONLY if you can commit to staying with
the company for the long term (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication in Gujarati and Hindi (English helpful,
not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat for client meetings
- Two-wheeler licence preferred
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Identify and approach new project clients
- Technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, follow up, close deals
- Maintain client relationships post-sale
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams
