Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills with experience in B2B sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-up.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
