- Department: Sales / Client Acquisition
- Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary: Up to 3 LPA (based on experience and performance)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Tele Caller to support our client acquisition and engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing financial services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for financial advisors. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data
- Introduce and explain wealth management services clearly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings for financial advisors
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Handle client queries effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Basic understanding of financial services (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection positively
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass
- Graduation (preferred)
- Experience:Freshers can apply
- 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling/sales/customer service preferred
- Performance Metrics (KPIs):Daily call volume
- Lead conversion ratio
- Number of meetings scheduled
- Monthly target achievement
- Accuracy of CRM data
