Job Summary:- We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Female Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and generate sales opportunities for our real estate consultants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


  • Key Responsibilities:- Contact potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Explain premium real estate projects in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment goals.
  • Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with sales managers regarding customer feedback and site visit status.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with HNI clients.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective buyers.
  • Good listening and objection-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer relationship management, or inside sales.
  • Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, or luxury sales is an added advantage.
  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
