Job Description

Job Title: Service Engineer (Industrial Machines)

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machines including Metal Cutting Machines, CO₂ Machines, CNC Machines, and Welding Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission new machines at customer sites
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing
  • Diagnose and repair technical faults in machines
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
  • Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime
  • Maintain service records and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and support

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of CNC, Fiber Laser metal cutting, CO₂, and welding machines
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Willingness to travel for service visits

Qualification:

  • Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

Experience:

  • 2–3 years (Fresher’s with relevant technical knowledge can also apply)

Salary:

  • [25000-32000] + Travel Allowance

Other Requirements:

  • Two-wheeler preferred
