Job Description
* Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of construction machinery at client
sites.
* Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for machines and equipment.
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and provide timely repairs.
* Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, engine, and control system issues.
* Attend on-site service calls and ensure quick issue resolution.
* Maintain service reports, inspection records, and machine history logs.
* Coordinate with spare parts and service teams for timely replacement of components.
* Provide machine operation guidance and technical support to customers.
* Ensure all servicing activities follow company safety and quality standards.
* Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and warranty service operations.
