Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Engineer with an ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Candidates can be freshers or have experience in CNC router field. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC router machines at customer sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commissioning of CNC router machines
  • Troubleshooting electrical and basic mechanical issues
  • Providing on-site service and technical support
  • Routine maintenance and inspection of machines
  • Handling customer queries and ensuring timely resolution
  • Reporting service activities and maintaining records


Requirements:

  • ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and panels
  • Knowledge or interest in CNC router machines (training will be provided for freshers)
  • Willingness to travel for field service
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
