Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain project standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support at the site.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per project requirements.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer (or as per your requirement).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites when required.
