Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and active Site Supervisor to oversee our daily field geotechnical operations. You will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with rig operators and helpers, and ensuring that drilling projects are completed smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site geotechnical drilling operations (hydraulic and rotary rigs).
- Coordinate the mobilization and setup of drilling rigs at various project sites.
- Manage and guide site personnel, including rig operators and field helpers.
- Monitor drilling progress and ensure proper techniques are used (e.g., casing installation, Bentonite usage in fractured rock, N-values of SPT).
- Maintain accurate daily site reports, borehole logs, and material consumption records.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the on-site team.
- Communicate daily progress and any site challenges (like borehole collapses / machine breakdowns) to the management team.
