Sketchup Modeler

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models in SketchUp from CAD drawings, PDFs, reference images, and design briefs.
• Model architectural exteriors including:
• Residential buildings
• Commercial spaces
• Facades
• Site elements
• Landscape context
• Model interior spaces including:
• Furniture layouts
• Interior detailing
• Millwork elements
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp with clean and organized modeling workflow.
• Good understanding of:
• Architecture
• Interior design detailing
• Space planning
• Real-world scale and proportions
• Ability to interpret:
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Sections
• Furniture layouts
• Construction drawings
• Maintain:
• Proper model organization
• Layers/Tags structure
• Groups and components management
• Ensure high-quality modeling output with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Optimize models for rendering efficiency and smooth workflow coordination.
• Knowledge of:
• Modeling standards
• Scene setup
• Basic material assignment
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively within a team environment.
