Position: Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer

Reporting To: Director / Marketing Head

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview performance)

Job Purpose: To manage the company's social media platforms, create engaging graphic designs and marketing content, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth through creative digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage and grow company social media accounts.

·        Design social media posts, banners, brochures, catalogues, flyers, and promotional materials.

·        Create content for festivals, product launches, exhibitions, company events, and corporate branding.

·        Develop reels, videos, stories, and creative campaigns.

·        Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar.

·        Coordinate with management, sales, HR, and marketing teams for content requirements.

·        Capture and edit photographs and videos during company events and exhibitions.

·        Monitor engagement and prepare monthly social media performance reports.

·        Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

·        Research industry trends and implement innovative content ideas.

·        Timely completion of assigned creatives.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Graduate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

·        1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management and graphic design.

·        Strong portfolio of design and social media work.

Technical Skills

·        Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW.

·        Video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or equivalent.

·        Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

·        Photography and videography skills are preferred.

·        MS Office proficiency.
