Key Responsibilities:-
- Financial Management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor revenue streams such as freight charges, leasing, and logistics services.
- Track expenses related to fuel, maintenance, tolls, and fleet operations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop budgets aligned with operational goals.
- Forecast cash flow requirements for fleet expansion, repairs, and fuel costs.
- Provide variance analysis and recommendations to management.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and transportation regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate tax records, including GST and other statutory filings.
- Cost Control
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Monitor vendor contracts and payment schedules.
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial leakage.
