✅ Receive raw materials and verify quantity, labeling, batch details & physical condition
✅ Handle and maintain all store-related documentation including GRN, COA, MSDS, invoices & delivery challans
✅ Ensure proper storage of materials as per SOP, temperature norms and follow FIFO / FEFO
✅ Issue raw materials to production and update records in registers and ERP systems
✅ Coordinate with QA for sampling, quarantine, approval & release of materials
✅ Manage material dispatching activities including documentation, packing, labeling and coordination with transporters in compliance with GMP, GSP & EHS guidelines
