Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain raw material, spare parts, and finished goods inventory.
  • Record all inward and outward stock movements.
  • Organize and label inventory properly.
  • Conduct regular stock verification and counting.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and inform purchase department on time.
  • Coordinate with labor for loading, unloading, and material arrangement.
  • Identify and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure stock availability for smooth production.
  • Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
  • RequirementsBasic computer knowledge (Excel preferred).
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to detail and accountability.
  • Experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management preferred.
